Dave: One skeptic posted a video called “10 questions Christians Can’t Answer”
Jeff: Sounds difficult, hit me!
Dave: When Noah’s Ark landed, how did the kangaroos make it back to Australia?
Jeff: Many Bible Scholars understand Noah’s flood to be extremely widespread and an important event, but not necessarily covering Australia
Dave: Genesis doesn’t tell us the flood was global. In fact the Psalmist wrote about creation times, and says this in Psalm 104:9
Jeff: “You set a boundary they (the waters) cannot cross; never again will they cover the earth.” – The water was limited to it’s boundaries. God himself said that at creation
Dave: Of course some people really point to Genesis and say “but it says God flooded the world”
Jeff: True, but in Colossians 1:6 Paul says “the gospel is bearing fruit and growing throughout the whole world”. However at that time, the Gospel wasn’t in China.
Dave: Or South America. Sometimes the phrase ‘the whole world’ means everything in their particular vicinity.
Jeff: You ever notice how the United States uses the phrase World Series and World Champions for baseball?
